Medicaid Advisory Committee
The NPA Medicaid Advisory Committee was developed to satisfy the Nebraska Rules and Regulations Section 471 NAC 16-005.02B in conjunction with the state Medical Services Division to determine which products are assigned state maximum allowable costs (SMAC). In addition, this committee may meet to discuss other third party issues that impact NPA members.
