NPA History
The Nebraska Pharmacists Association recognizes the value of the pharmacist’s role in healthcare. And we have a proud history, starting in 1881, of supporting a unified pharmacy voice.
We represent pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, pharmaceutical representatives, and other friends of pharmacy. The NPA lobbies, educates, and collaborates with other healthcare organizations to serve you, our members. We provide a central source of information about the practice of pharmacy. Through its other entities (NebPharmPAC and Foundation), the NPA also provides financial contributions to state legislative campaigns and scholarships for pharmacy students.
