Nebraska Pharmacy Foundation

Nebraska Pharmacy Foundation

Our Mission
The Nebraska Pharmacy Foundation was organized in 1985 for scientific and educational purposes to further the welfare, knowledge, and integrity of the pharmacy profession. It also benefits the charitable works of the Nebraska Pharmacists Association. The Foundation annually provides scholarships to pharmacy students and establishes Memorial Funds to honor pharmacists who have passed away, as requested by the family.

We Help the Next Pharmacist in Line
The Cora Mae Briggs, Nebraska Pharmacy Foundation, and the Rex Higley Scholarships are given to six pharmacy students at the Creighton School of Pharmacy & Health Professions and the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy to help make pharmacy school more affordable and to reward future pharmacists who demonstrate academic excellence and professional promise.

About Our Scholarships
Scholarship recipients demonstrate leadership attributes and academic excellence, are student members of the NPA, and are driven to serve their communities. All recipients attend Creighton School of Pharmacy & Health Professions or the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy. Nebraska schools conduct the application process and selection but are funded by the Nebraska Pharmacy Foundation.
